In my case, I sent a PM with my address, then I was added to the list and I found out that I needed to send the payment (after reading here) and then I sent a new PM with my payment screenshots. I think you have to send Torcinllo a PM (which you already did) with yr. address as well. After he closes group 10 he will probably publish every nickname who is in the 10th group (and some from the 9th group).
