Me too although my delivery date is 24 April.I am in Group 12 and received an SMS from DHL today.
It is scheduled to be delivered on April 22nd.
From Japan.
They did charge me £3.13 for VAT which is 20% of 19.5 dollars that was declared. I'm not sure why it wasn't 19 dollars and if that would have made any difference. It might be due to the exchange rate pushing 19 dollars above the exempt limit.
